The sales lady we worked with exceptional. Time spent at the dealer from the time we got there until the time we left with a new car was 3 hrs.

At first everything was great, until you really look at the numbers. The manager gave me everything I wanted, $5000 for my trade in (a 2016 Nissan altima- which wasn't worth that), a 9.71 APR rate & included GAP insurance. However, what he didn't tell me that he was jacking up the sale price selling me a car from $26,000 to over $31,000 & giving me a 84 month finance which was ridiculious. I did walk away...thinking this was a great deal, however, I had someone else look at the deal they were trying to give me and told me I was scammed. It's get worse, I told Ali that I need to have my mom take a look as I like to get her opinion when I make big purchases like this & he said don't you make the descision and not your mom? To add insult to injury, he said.."no offense". I told him in my family, that what we do so I am making the right choice. I'm so glad I did not buy with them. I ended up getting a 2026 Toyata Camry for just over $26,000 at a different dealer.Glad I walked away

Luis is the best. He’s personable and helpful. Communication was great without being pushy. He even called us after the sale to let us know we’d forgotten something in our trade in. If he’s a representation of what the Lexus of Cerritos buying experience is like, then this is the place to go.

First they told me the car was available , i booked a trip from Vegas to California , then 40 min later i was told the car was not available , they need to keep up on there inventory instead of wasting peoples time

Daniel at the dealership was extremely unhelpful. Unwilling to negotiate. I’m thinking it’s a language barrier. In any case a different dealership was able to negotiate and win our business.

Salesman was cool, until the sales manager tried to flip everything that was agreed upon during finance. Initially tried to slip the original offer I rejected in during signing, when called out sales manager decides to set a new price saying extras are worth 8k in which 2k was discounted, implying I was getting a significant deal while undercutting my trade-in even more. Come to find out they just got another potential buyer so they'd rather try to trick me for some extra cash.. Sure it was a good deal overall, but the sales manager was too full of it. Would rather pay more from an honest salesman, if there are such things.. Overall, watch the numbers when signing at finance. They'll try and sneak in extra charges and down payments which were not agreed upon hoping you'll miss it, while blaming you for 'not understanding how it works' when calling them out then make extra 'dealership addons' on the spot.

Staff was very nice until I told the Manager the next day that I was not going to buy the car. He asked why. I told him I didn't like the interior and they were making it difficult for me to pay cash. He got mad, argued with me and hung up on me. I am a previous customer, but I will never even consider buying a car from them! Everything had to be their way. In the end the manger showed his true colors!
