Dealerships near me (League City, TX)

I have phoned and asked questions about a particular car and never got to speak to someone who could answer questions. Its nearly a 400 mile round trip so before I got there I would prefer to handle things on the phone but nobody follows up on that end. Im not mad nor am I in a hurry. Just amazed a used car salesman could show so little interest in a sale opportunity.

They had the car advertised, in the condition specified. The staff was helpful and responsive. They gave you a no hassle price and gave me the high end of what my trade was worth. The bottom line price was spelled out. The final sale process was smooth and quick. Very good experience.

The accident on this vehicle is classified as minor by this dealership, however that is not true. Look like it was in a major accident. The trunk latch is bent. the spare tire compartment is repaired, Rear end painted. The new bumper seems coming off.

Added 100’s of dollars of fees, and options and refused to accept anywhere near the advertised price on cargurus. Reported to FTC.

This is another typical Texas car dealership. At these types of places, the salesman is short on product knowlege and is unwilling to flex on pricing. I did not enjoy the experience of dealing with a dealer that said they wouldn't at least put a coat of wax on the car or complete the requested service of changing the transmission fluid. The Honda itself rode and drove okay. The shocks were kind of soggy, but I have to assume that they had never been changed. The car was missing a big part of the center console. The car I drove should have been priced at least $1500 less.

Very deceptive in the advertising. Showed pictures of a 4 wd truck when the one they were selling was a 2 wd

Return contact was prompt. Sales rep answered my questions & concerns; unfortunately, the unit sold before & could visit the dealership. People & did speak w/were nice, courteous & knowledgeable. I will deff have VofCL on the radar as I am still looking for the right unit to purchase.
