Dealerships near me (League City, TX)

This company is very vague and lacking in a lot categories. The first one bcommunication between themselves and then to me. I was led to believe I had obtained financing and it was going to be shipped to me. I waited for the paperwork to be signed either via email or docusign, (that never came.) And was still led to believe that this vehicle was mine. I had almost purchased insurance for this vehicle and I let great deals at other dealerships go because I thought I had purchased one at this dealership. Never once did anyone tell me anything different. If this company cant tell their potential customers the truth from the start (with the paperwork), it makes me wonder about the integrity of the vehicles they're selling.

Loved my experience. Kirstin was a great saleswoman and Brandon in financing is phenomenal. High Recommend.

They contacted me just to tell me that they going to contact me later. When I asked for more details about the van, they never answered

Spoke to the salesperson Fri morning agreed to test drive at the dealership on Sat. Salesperson texted me Fri night to confirm, which I did. Sat. morning the dealership texted me to confirm appointment at 9:30am. We called at 9:00am & spoke with the salesperson to confirm that we were on our way & that the car was still available, which the salesperson confirmed. At about 9:20, the salesperson called to tell us the car was sold. Pathetic example of a business.

Upon looking at the automobile, I found the air conditioning was not working. I asked the sales man to check in and see what he could do about it and get back with me. He said he would be in touch the next day. I have not heard from them since.

I did not even look at this car because I had a appointment for a test drive for another. I had ask the online guy to verify the car was there I would be coming straight from the doctor's office. I could not be out for because l just had a procedure to put a stent in my heart. I asked them to supply the physical address the day before they verified they would by email. They did not so I called at 10am to confirm the appointment. I asked if the car was still available because l was coming from the doctor and did not want to make a blank trip for nothing. I was on time for the test drive found the car out back in the lot and did a walk around. My wife and l went in the office it was open waited 5 minutes then call the number from 10am the guy answered l told him that I was here for the test drive he said to late it is sold. I said that I ask you to let me know if it would not be there I was coming from the doctor. He could have called or texted when the previous appt sold the car.
