Even though we didn’t buy a car from this dealer the salesman John H. Was very professional, courteous and informative. He did not apply any pressure to buy. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend this dealer and especially John H.

Requested information & received response but not the information I requested so she was going to follow up & never did. Got a couple more emails/texts asking if still interested & I said still looking for the information I requested, but again, never got a follow up or the requested information.

Stopped in to look at a lease for sale. I decided to buy a new car instead they offered me a very low price on my trade-in and I declined and went ahead with the new car purchase. I walked in on Saturday afternoon to pick up my new car only to be told they are now selling it to someone else because I didn’t have the opportunity to answer my phone for a 20 minute period during a Saturday when I was working. Put money down and walked in with my checkbook. I guess this dealership has not business values. Shop somewhere else.
