We were very pleased with the service we received. The sales rep. had the car ready for us to drive at the time we arrived for our appointment. It had been freshly washed and was parked out front. The sales rep was well informed about the car and its features. Although we didn't buy this car from Jeff Belzer's we have purchased a car there in the past and their service and sales people have been first class in all respects.

I bought a car here and it wasn't a good experience. They wouldn't let me take the car out by myself unless someone followed me. I should have just walked out. Then they pulled my credit report without telling me even though I paid cash. I waited over an hour to get the papers signed. When I got home there was a scratch on my new car I didn't see. The next day when I asked if I could bring it back and cancel the deal, they wanted $2,000 to give me my trade in back. I've bought five new cars in the last seven years and this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Definitely will never go back there.

Great customer service and very friendly!

Our salesperson (Justin) was friendly and helpful, happy to let us do three test drives and generally poke around the car as much as we wanted. The car was just as described, in nice condition, and priced right. We didn’t finance, so can’t offer an opinion on that, but the F&I guy was friendly and efficient, so paperwork went quickly. All in all a great buying experience!
