Walser Honda responded immediately to my query and set up an appointment to look at and test drive the Honda Accord we inquired about. We arrived at the dealership at 1 pm, Friday, and met with the salesman, Jared Gustafson. He discussed all aspects of the price, features and options of the car and options for lease or purchase. We test drove the car and decided it was everything we had hoped it would be. Jared then took us quickly and efficiently through the purchase process and we were on our way home with the car before 4 pm. This was an all around excellent car buying experience.

You can sure tell these guys don’t work on commission. They don’t seem to care if they sell the truck or not. There has been no follow up after my test drive. Vehicle price has dropped a couple times, which you would think they would reach out to tell me and check to see if I was still interested (which I am), but I haven’t heard peep. I even asked the ‘sales guy’ if he would let me know if sees additional vehicles fitting my wish-list, but i doubt he even looked since there has been zero follow up on that either. So if you’re looking for someone to help you find a vehicle, my one experience at this dealership tells me this isn’t the place. But if you’re only looking for a cashier to handle the transaction and hand you the keys, this place would be perfect for you.

Walser Honda salesperson contacted me via email almost immediately after sending them a message. we stayed in contact and they responded to my questions and concerns. We set up a test drive and they had the vehicle ready when I got there, I bought the SUV and I am totally satisfied with the process.

Emailed twice with specific questions. Each time I did receive a prompt response but without answers to my questions, just form letters. When I wrote a third time to respond to their request for feedback, I told them of my frustrations, and I've not gotten a response yet.

I bought a LXE 2007 Honda in 2009. Loved the car and still have it after 170M miles. No haggle on their price and we made a deal on my trade in. Would have liked more of course. They presented the car when I picked up the next day with new high performance tires ...something I didn't even ask for. Great car that I still get comments on.

The dealer didn't respond to three emails and a phone message. When I finally reached a Team Lead on the phone, he promised to send me a firm quote, which was important to me as I would be traveling over 170 miles to get to the dealership. He sent me an estimate. When I asked again for a firm quote, he didn't respond. Also, the Team Leader failed to give a specific figure for the registration tax. He gave a range for the tax that covered a vehicle cost range that far exceeded the MSRP for the vehicle I told him I wanted and for which he gave the estimate. When I emailed my request for a specific number for the registration tax, he didn't respond. I still want to buy the car, but I don't expect I'll buy it from Walser unless I develop an unquenchable thirst for abuse.

I was looking to buy a car asap and this was my experience. Sat: Responded very quickly to first email and asked when I would like to come in for a test drive. I responded right away with a question about the car and said I could be in that day for a test drive. Never got response back. Mon: a different person emailed me asking if my questions had been answered... They were very good at responding to my emails... I said I would be in the next morning to look at the car. Tues : driving an 1 1/2 hours to look at/buy the car and halfway there I decided to look on Internet and the car was gone.. Called and it was confirmed sold. I realize cars sell quickly but the communication from this place was horrible.

They were wonderful throughout the process. A really nice bonus was that you only have to deal with one person, the sales rep handles finding you the best financing you can get if you do wind up getting a loan. They are a 'no negotiation' shop which means they register that way with the state (MN) and because of this you have to be prepared to pay the posted price because of State rules for dealers registered as 'no negotiation'. This is the only reason they don't get 5 stars from me. My used (2015) car was listed as $1,100 over market by Car Gurus and other research I did, but between getting the exact car I wanted AND getting their free lifetime powertrain warranty (for as long as I own the car, doesn't transfer if you sell it), it was worth the extra cost to me. They also offer additional lifetile warranty "wrap" coverage for purchase at the time of sale that will cover any additional things (even aftermarket) like remote start. In the big picture with more electronics, power seats, power liftgates, navigation systems, etc. the price of the full lifetime coverage (that I found to be reasonable) on a used car that covers everything except for normal wear items (belts, wipers, tires, fuses, lights...but does cover timing adjustment/replacement) was worth the cost. Additionally, the coverage is with an A+ rated company and high satisfaction ratings from those who used their coverage. Another bonus is that it's a one-time fee/premium at the time of purchase. Some other dealers offer these plans but you have to pay a monthly premium. This coverage is, again, one-time and can be rolled into financing if you need to. If you want to negotiate price, this isn't the dealer for you, but if you research and find their price fair then I highly recommend them. They got me a much better financing rate than I could find while shopping for a loan on my own, too. Big bonus!

Worst experience. I called them and set the date to visit and test drive. It took me about 1 hour drive long to be there, and the car was already sold. They said the vehicle was sold in the morning of the day I visited. They should have called and informed me but they didn't. They even did not show any kind of apology. They just said ' oh we have other vehicles..'. I was very upset with how disrespectful they are. Also, two persons kept pushing me to sale, rather than showing any sense of sincere apology. Worst experience, I would never go there for getting other vehicle at all, and if my friends ask me for dealerships, this place will surely be out of my list.

I was in a huge hurry to see a car. Able to test drive the car i liked and was out of tge delership within 20 minutes. Bought the next day and once again it took only about 30 minutes. Awesome service.

This was a great experience Blake was fantastic and dealt with all my questions very well. The car was in perfect condition. When including the warranty for life benefit, their prices are pretty much right on. I looked at a couple vars that were 1000-2000 less but they were higher miles AND they were simply not as in good of condition as the Walser car. Similar condition cars at several dealers with close miles were about the same price or maybe more. Factor in the warranty and Walser offered a great product at a very competitive price.

Very nice and professional staff. Offered a good price on a trade in. Very helpful even offered free mini bottled water and very kid friendly my children enjoyed there free fresh popped popcorn. Answered all questions and made me feel comfortable in knowing they were helping me make the best deal not paid on commission and posted price is the same price no hidden fees. Hope to return to this dealer soon.

Very disappointed in this dealership. They advertized the car on cargurus and their own website, but when I got to the dealership, they didn't have it! They hadn't even seen it yet, even though it was listed as being on the market for 8 days. I drove far and used a lot of my time for nothing. Unfortunately I didn't realize this before, but now I know, "Don't trust stuff on websites, always call before you make the trip" I will never deal with Walser again.

We traveled over 4 hours to purchase a MDX from Walsar Honda. It's a risk coming in from out of town to deal, because often the salesperson knows that you are at a disadvantage because you are so far from home. Not at Walsar Honda. David Casebolt, our salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough, and wanted to be sure we were happy with our purchase before we left. They offered us a very good price for our trade in, and the price they were asking for the MDX was very fair. We appreciated the no haggle policy, and the "no games" attitude. We will definitely travel to MN again if Walsar has a vehicle we are interested in. Well worth the trip!

There were 4 cars I looked at 3 of them had machanical problems - a rumble in the seats along with poor stopping and handling abiltiy. 2 with brake problems both of which could not even leave the lot. The other was in a front end accident - poor paint job gave this one away. Additionally, the person who helped me was not knowable about the mechanics of the first vechicle which had several differential problems noted on the car fax. I felt quality and safety was not there priorty.
