Dealerships near me (Lake Orion, MI)

I talked to multiple staff members on multiple occasions. Not one of them did what they explicitly promised to. This is not a dealership that I would ever consider doing business with.

I didn't look at it. I received a call from Michelle. I told her I was busy and would return her call when I had available time. She continued to call repeatedly and emailed. I felt pressured and harassed

I bought the car all electronically. They found me a KIA from another lot in the color requested and delivered it to me. The marketing staff were timely and helpful. The finance sales man was rude and yelling when asking him to clarify some of the financial questions, interest rates, correcting errors. He stated," sign the paperwork because we found drivers to deliver you the car". I believe the guys name was Tom L. Very very rude and unprofessional. The Delivery driver Nick was prompt and friendly.

Still under consideration....

Car price shows on CarGurus 5173(Including Fees), Dealer said they had no idea who posted it. They were asking 2000 More. Which doesn't make any sense. Overall Dealer Rep was not friendly to answer Q. Bad Dealership.

Quick response time and helpful

Jim was very nice, I had a couple questions about the truck. He answered them quickly, and sent me the car fax on it. I like the truck, but I'm waiting on my taxes before I purchase anything. I'm searching Cargurus to fine a great deal. I think when I'm ready, I maygo after this truck if it's still available .
