Car wasn’t ready..was told the car still needed differential fluids and a few other things to explain the dashboard lights when in actuality they were all for safety lane assist and a lot of the electrical features

I received an email that that car was sold, never got a call prior to set up a meeting. Once car was sold that’s when I got a call from someone asking to help me. Sorry but sounded like the old bait and switch. I did not engage with the sales rep. Not a good feeling about this dealer.

Overall car Buying experience was pretty straightforward. Salesman was very helpful & financing was made easy , with great options

Jack Daniels Kia in Paramus advertised a 2025 Kia Carnival with 4165 miles for $38,630 and their sales associate assured me several times before I drove an hour to meet him at the dealership that the car was available. When we got to the dealership to look at the car--and buy it--we had to wait almost an hour for the sales associate to return from an errand. Again, when we met him there, he reassured us THREE TIMES that the car was ready and waiting to be inspected, but then he left us sitting at his desk multiple times for about 1/2 hour before he finally returned to tell us that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that (guess what) the car actually WASN'T available for purchase (someone had failed to make a note of that on the computer screen he kept wanting to show me) , but no worries, they did have another one--2 years older and with over 20,000 miles. It was a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH,.
