We purchased the 2013 MKZ the car was everything we wanted for my nephew’s first car. The car was low miles, make and model we wanted and from a reputable dealership. Our sales person Ryan was great!! He was communicable, related to us as consumers, and was transparent. Ryan made us feel like a valued you customer. My only negative was my request to directly speak to finance/sales manager prior to actual sale because we shared a bond over liking the same sports team. I was told he could not/ declined. This made my a little upset and made it clear that upon is finalizing the sale he don’t need to make his self available to meet with me and my sister. I appreciate connections and interactions and would have valued him taking the time to Meet a potential life long customer. All thanks go to Ryan for making us feel valued and selling us my nephew first car!!

Wonderful experience, from beginning to end. We bought the car. Treated very well by the sales person and by all of the additional staff involved in the transaction.

Cannot say enough good things about this dealer. We bought the car. It was fast, easy, and we really like it. It was super clean and even though it is 19 years old, it drives like a new car. No rust either!

Staff very helpful however wife didn’t like the color. Go figure

I was misled beginning with the online ad . It was not anXLT , it had 3 previous owners not one , on it's third motor and second transmission so who can say what the mileage is , it had a coolant leak and a rattle around the flywheel . I could go on but what's the point. I don't expect to hear from you again anyway.
