Great saleswoman. No pressure. Patient cause I live 2 hrs away. Detailed great. Would go back again!!!!

Confirmed car was available, drove 3 hours to find out he sold it days before. Weeks later and car is still on his website.

Probably one of the absolute worst experiences I've had. I'm sure my name had something to do with it. They did not contact me, I had to contact them. The person I spoke with told me that he had to uh, uh, uh, check with the owner to see if they actually want to sell it.? It's listed online for sale right? Clean title, zero accidents, but uh, supposedly has frame damage?....Ok. Was supposed to recieve a call back in 20 minutes after confirming that the owner actually wanted to sell a truck that has been listed online for sale.....Never received a call back.

A great help finding my dream jeep

Communication was excellent before going to dealership. Drove 250 miles to look at and pick up vehicle. The time at the dealership was quick but not rushed which we appreciated since we were driving back home after purchase. ( long day in the vehicle, joked longest test drive ever.) Lol. Thanks to Alex, Brandon and Cole at Mercedes Benz of Rochester for their help in getting me in my 2023 Defender

While ultimately the deal did not work out and the car sold to someone else first, the staff was responsive and informative.

I rated the price transparency a 3 star due to an add on for the brake light that cost $499.00 which was not made clear at time of purchase. Also the condition report was rated a 3 due to the passenger headlight being out. Was told if we fixed ourself we would be fairly compensated for it, they paid for the light bulb after I purchased it and installed myself.
