I called at 1 pm to inform the dealer I was coming the next day I arrived at 11am and the car was sold. Not even on the lot it was gone. I find it hard to believe the car existed at all, because they have been trying to get me to buy other cars through email and calls. this is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience with a Van Horn dealership, the other being in Milwaukee

Initially, salesman provided additional photos of vehicle, as I requested. But dealer would not talk price, even though website price did not match CarGurus price and their website had frequent price changes. I reached out several times trying to get a final price and salesman would not return my messages.

By Far, the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had! They made it stress free and honestly enjoyable. Pricing is great for what you’re getting, including gifts and standards that make your car a safe investment. No hidden scams or feelings of being taken advantage of. Especially as a young woman, we end up being targets for scams quite often. My mother and I were looking for her and I went in fully expecting to have to fight for fairness and ready to walk out if we needed to. Our salesman Jeremiah was the perfect amount of professional and fun. He made my mother and I feel relaxed and was not pushy at all. You get treated as a customer they care about and not as just another sale in their commission book. They clearly care about reputation and they make you feel at home.
