Jeep dealerships near me (Hesperia, CA)

They where very helpful. However I have purchased a vehicle already

I wanted to know if this jeep had steel bumpers and no one answered me on that single question. Then I was told a manager would call me. Never called. Then hours later someone called and said I see the manager was supposed to call, did he? I said no. I asked about the bumpers again. No answer. I bought a new Jeep at another dealer.

After some time here they finally did right by me and I can’t complain too much but boy was it memorable. Overall got a great deal and Tim in the finance area was helpful.

Price is not as advertised. The Car has added unrequested accessories driving up the price of the car by $5k.

Found them very difficult to work with. Repeated calls from several people, completely unaware of each other. Then refused to give me quotes over email/text knowing I was 100 miles away. Made it very frustrating and they ended up losing the deal to a much more friendly dealer.

Brandon Q. Was a great to meet with along with Alan. But the GM Asad, was something else. Very arrogant and did not want to talk about deals or trying to make the customer happy. He also said he would call me back with some different numbers. Never called back or anyone else there. Too bad for the dealership I had a double digit down payment ready but they weren’t ready to work a deal. Wouldn’t go there if you do avoid the GM.

Make sure to do a good look over if it’s a used car. No transparency on several defects (scuffed rims, paint chips, paint swirls, broken screen)
