Very obliging and honest about the vehicle. Went for a test drive all questions answered very accurately. They were in the middle of moving, but that was not a problem for me. I wanted my garage to complete a pre sale inspection, and that was not problem for them. I may still purchase the SUV I saw, l am looking for my own financing financing. Very good people to deal with.

I was there forever. They couldn't get me into the car I wanted because it would have taken a big down payment. Then I pushed into looking at a Trailblazer which is black. I do not like black because of the desert. I told them I didnt like black. I drove it. It drove ok but not as hood as the one I wanted. Apparently it was the only one for my budget. I should have said no and try somewhere else. Now Im stuck with it.

I’d recommend them for their excellent customer service. Updates: Dec 2024: Had the car for a week with no issues. Aug 2025: While the buying experience was excellent, ownership has been challenging. Two weeks after purchase, the car needed a $3,000 camshaft repair, and in July 2025, a full engine replacement costing about $8,000 — both covered under my warranty. I’m grateful for that coverage, but such major repairs so soon were stressful. Get a thorough inspection and understand your warranty.

I arrived at the dealership when they opened at 9am the salesman arrived an hour later at 10am. The car purchasing process was quick. I would rate them higher, but the salesman has 2 cats that walked around freely in the office, they sat on the paperwork, they sat on the desk, they climbed into my chair with me, they licked my purse and were just in the way the entire time, I would prefer not to have dealt with the cats during the process.
