I paid cash for the car a day after I bought the radiator hose came off like someone intentionally loosened it ...took it to my mechanic..not only did It need a new thermostat it also need all 4 control arms and tie rods...and a new rack and pinion....the car was over priced....for the all the work I've to do to it since I bought it.....so NO the purchase from thst place was not good for me

Fast and easy buying the vehicle was quite painless and pleased.

Bait and switch. Did not honor Car Gurus price despite over communicating before driving 2.5 hours away with my family. Supervisor came into the office and tried to lie saying they weren’t affiliated with Car Gurus. Went in for a warlock 2026 hurricane for 43k, tried to sell it to me for 60k. Advertises no add ons, proceeds to tries to sell me add ons with the Cooley Family Guarantee bs. Huge wasted trip- time/gas/money. Didn’t even offer my family a bottle of water. Mike was the only one who was really helpful and that was because they never gave me my license back. Terrible experience with them. I would never buy from here and would never recommend anyone buying here either. Patterson Tyler hooked me up with a Rebel for the same price I would have gotten into Cooley Warlock for. DOES NOT HONOR CAR GURUS

I drove 6 hours to purchase this vehicle, and even though the salesman sent a video of the truck, he neglected to include the dime-sized dent and paint chip on the door, and didn't give me 2 key fobs. You would think that this big dealership would take pride in treating their customers right, but it's evident that I'm just another number.
