Called the dealer before showing up and glad i did. Price on website was not the actual, after asking for the actual price i was told there was an $3500 add on top of the advertised price plus tt&l and prep fees. This dealer is insane charging people bogus charges.

I reached out in communication more than one time, and I was only asking for actual photos of the pick up truck itself not a generic stock photo, and I also asked for the price and I was only given the runaround

They refused to give me pricing over the phone and insisted I come to the dealership to view the vehicle. I lived 3.5 hours away so I did not want to make a wasted round trip (~7 hours) unless we could agree on price beforehand. They said they would give me a call to discuss and never did. I called twice but was given the run around. On the 2nd call I was told the vehicle was no longer available for sale. 3 days later I get an email from the dealership asking if I was still interested. I refuse to do business with a dealership that insists on playing sales games and would not attempt to do business with them again.

The brought the car out without even make ready which was cool I didn't plan on buying they've always been patience and helpful.

Good experience

They clearly did not want my business because I was an out of state buyer. Didn’t want to answer questions. I had to call three times to get information about an 80k truck I wanted to purchase. When I finally did get ahold of someone they never got me the information I was requesting. I called again the next day. The next guy I talked to seamed bothered and inconvenienced by me wanting information. I will spend my almost 100k with someone that wants my business. Blown away how little they cared to sell me a vehicle.
