Called the dealer before showing up and glad i did. Price on website was not the actual, after asking for the actual price i was told there was an $3500 add on top of the advertised price plus tt&l and prep fees. This dealer is insane charging people bogus charges.

I reached out in communication more than one time, and I was only asking for actual photos of the pick up truck itself not a generic stock photo, and I also asked for the price and I was only given the runaround

I drove over two hours from Fort Hood after Shottenkirk CDJR Granbury told me they’d “give me a deal” on a truck listed around $41k if I came before a storm hit. After negotiating, we agreed on $40.7k OTD. I signed their preliminary paperwork, rang the bell, and was told the deal was done. Then the games started. They suddenly refused to accept my pre‑approved outside loan. I wasn’t happy, but their rate was slightly better, so I moved forward. An hour later, the same manager who negotiated with me came back and claimed they “couldn’t honor” the price anymore. When I asked what it would actually take to buy the truck, he told me $44.5k OTD—almost $4k higher than the number they had just celebrated. This dealership used fake urgency, a storm, and my long drive to pressure me into paying thousands more. Their tactics were deceitful, manipulative, and downright scummy. A $3k swing means nothing to a dealership, but it can seriously impact a family. I won’t be doing business with them.

The brought the car out without even make ready which was cool I didn't plan on buying they've always been patience and helpful.

They clearly did not want my business because I was an out of state buyer. Didn’t want to answer questions. I had to call three times to get information about an 80k truck I wanted to purchase. When I finally did get ahold of someone they never got me the information I was requesting. I called again the next day. The next guy I talked to seamed bothered and inconvenienced by me wanting information. I will spend my almost 100k with someone that wants my business. Blown away how little they cared to sell me a vehicle.
