I came to check out a car with out an appointment. My salesman was an awesome young man. Although the vehicle condition wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I was looking for. The sales person and sales staff were courteous and polite. Not pushing at all when I said it just wasn’t the one I was looking for. I made my self clear that I intended to use USAA loan service when I spoke to the salesman the week before purchase and put $500 down to hold it. Then they said unless I use their bank, it was an additional $1000. I ended up refinancing with USAA. Then they told me my trade in was Worth $9000, when I went to sign the papers, they only gave me $8000. I had already driven 4.5 hrs to get there in snowy weather with my deposit. The salesman I spoke to initially, was nice and had the car detailed upon my arrival.

The info on car wasn’t correct it was supposed to be a manual ended up being a automatic with check engine light, traction control light, abs lights on the dash, and has to have an electrical issue because factory headlights are so dim you have to use the aftermarket fog lights to see anything in front of you at night.
