I lived that i was able to test drive the car without an employee w me. I was told vehicle had been detailed, yet they're eye NUMEROUS crumbs everywhere. The engine was filthy, the oil stick was rusted, huge scratch down the entire length of the passenger side. I was told it was sold as is with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. I was permitted to take it to my mechanic (which was very nice) and he laughed me out of his shop.

I was so impressed by how quickly staff responded to my inquiry and follow up questions. Also, professional and courteous to follow up to offer additional support. Seemed genuine in their effort to understand and meet my specific needs for a new vehicle!!

Not a reputable car dealership, as far as my personal experience goes. Side view mirrors not working in the jeep, and they wanted to charge me to get them fixed. Otherwise they were selling an unsafe vehicle right off the lot. They asked what they could do to make it right after I wrote and complained, but they never responded to my efforts of responding to their request. Very deceptive and untrustworthy business practices based on my personal experience. Their public notifications of how they pledge to treat their valued customers is not what I expected or experienced. All smoke and mirrors. The worst experience I have ever had at a supposed to be “reputable” dealership. A waste of of time,
