Overall I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nyle Maxwell. Price was good and vehicle was represented accurately on CarGurus. Would purchase from them again.

Everything was going great until the end. The night before we finished the deal someone came into the dealership and bought the jeep. One of those things that happen. Nothing dealership could do in a case like this. I would go back to them again when/if I start looking for another vehicle down the road. Thanks for trying guys!!!!

Expected me to still come in after selling the vehicle without telling me they sold it

The people were really nice, but as soon as they were running numbers for me on the car, they sold it the next so that was unfair to me

I found a truck I was interested in on Cars Guru and contacted the dealership via the web site. I received a call regarding the truck that day and I advised the gentleman that I had an amount for deposit and the payment I desired. He said he would get back to me the next day and I agreed. I did not receive and any contact until 3 days later and it was from a young lady asking if I had been helped in regard to the truck. I advised her that I had not, and she stated that she would pass it along. Once I spoke to a sales rep and again stated my intentions and whether he could help me or not with what I needed. He stated he would get back to me and when he did, it was as if he never heard what I requested. Payment was well above what I needed, then stated that if I had GREAT credit then he could help me. I advised him of my current score, and he advised me that they needed to run my credit. I then advised him that I was buying a house and I could not risk too many pulls on my credit.

I’m giving them 5 stars because the sweet sales lady Mary. She went out of her way to help. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to work online. Makes it easier and I didn’t have to go there and waste my time. Long drive.. she was very straight and didn’t play games with me!
