I contacted the dealership that morning to inquire about the vehicle and they stated the car was available. My wife and I drove an hour and a half there with our newborn and when we arrive the rep said the car was sent to auction some days ago. Then tried to sell me other totally different car types. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

The car that was shown in the picture was not the car at the dealer …did not have the same options as advertised

I went to dealership to see the car that I was looking at online. I got there talked to a salesman and he showed me the vehicle and was very helpful. Test drove the car and talked numbers and everything went good. The salesman and finance team were very helpful.

Waiting on part for my 2017 GMC Acadia, hoping it arrives soon and install goes as promised

Probably one of the WORST purchasing experiences of my life! Upon arrival, the car was there, as I lived out of state and contacted them ahead of time. I had a pre approval from my bank, however this dealership didn't work with my bank, so I had to go through their credit approval with the dealership since they told me another buyer was "coming in to look at the vehicle". Got approved, at a higher interest rate through dealership, After 5 hours we finally left with the vehicle. When we got home and reviewed the paperwork, extra charges were added into contract. After many phone calls, they "refunded" the amount of the extra charges, however not the taxes on the extra charges. The finance company name does not appear anywhere on the purchase contract and I still have not been able to obtain a copy of the purchase price signature sheet...overall will never shop at a Napelton dealership again, and will advise any friends and family members not to either!!!
