This is the absolute WORST dealership EVER. Day 1 I told them I had no doubts and I am cash ready to buy a vehicle right then and there, and all they did was constantly tell me “someone will reach out to you soon” or “later today” day after day after day. I really don’t understand what the hold up is but they wasted so much of my time and every time they called me to talk about bs, I would cut to the chase and ask them to send over a purchase agreement so I can just straight wire the money but it was like they didn’t even want my money and just kept dragging me on. Finally I found the GM of the dealership and contacted him directly and even him making me wait 4 days FINALLY sent over a receipt (which isn’t even a purchase agreement but fine) with a $4000 markup on the vehicle ON TOP of a $500 document fee??? PLEASE save yourself the headache and don’t even deal with these goofys all they’ll do is waste your time and enrage you!

3rd dealership for the day..My wife and I traveled over 2 hrs to see the selection of used Hyundai Santa Fe..We found one that fit the bill..Great customer service and we left feeling good about the deal..see MATT for all your needs !

The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. The "sales manager" ignored the customer's inquiry regarding the error codes. All four tires have less than 5% of tread left. When the customer asked whether it would be a safety concern or not, the "sales manager" replied that Napleton's Valley Hyundai does not replace tires on used vehicles. There's nothing wrong with the brand nor the salesperson. But I can not recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai due to their "sales manager's" questionable integrity and professionalism.

This dealership is a joke. I was told, and can verify, that no vehicle drives off their lot without a $1300 protection plan (door edge guard, locking lug nuts, nitrogen filled tires and an automotive theft insurance. They haven’t even received the car. They don’t have to put all that crap in there…. Also they listed the car at msrp, then when I talk with them the price goes up $3,000 for a market adjusted price. Pretty lame.
