The staff was great and very communicative. I was unable to make it down to the dealership.

Staff were very kind but without any coordination. Because too many staff was in contact with me for just one car and I suggest to improve that the avoid confusion and keep a good and trust communication. 2) They set a time with me and when I got there they dealer was closed earlier that the normal time and it was when I arrived to the place you realized that it was a holiday . 05/25.. I was came from Williams Ketly city MA. So how you will feel to come back or to keep dealing with them..

Very disappointed with the service clearing the vehicle. I feel that they are not thorough. I picked up the vehicle on a Wednesday and on Friday morning a suspension warning light came on. The vehicle has low miles. Needless to say the dealership will have the vehicle back longer than we've had it in our possession.

Car was ready to test drive when we arrived, and were treated well. Price was as advertised, and they were able to finance at a slightly better situation than we walked in with. Anthony was helpful without being pushy, and we were done in four hours.

I Would recommend this dealership.

Great and easy to deal with

Biff was amazing, and so friendly! I never like going to dealerships of any sort but he was a pleasure to talk with, and was extremely transparent and helpful with the pricing. They were especially understanding and even allowed us to hold the deposit on the car for longer than usual since they didn’t have the title at the moment (it was a new vehicle they just got traded in) so it made us feel so much better! Me and my boyfriend are so excited to visit a second time when we go to pick up my new car 😁

Save yourself the trip. I was promised a road test drive of a used Civic Type R on public roads. I drove out there, took time out of my day, and was offered a parking lot lap instead. That’s not a test drive—that’s a waste of time. When I called it out, the response was to blame the sales manager and claim it ‘wasn’t intentional.’ Then came the kicker: they don’t road test Type Rs at all—new or used. Nobody bothered to check that before inviting me in. The only thing that came out of my visit was an internal meeting they had after I left. Great for their next customers. Useless for me. If you value your time, call ahead and get everything in writing before you make the trip. Better yet, go somewhere else.

This dealership was great! Lucas was really personable and knowledgeable about the car. I did not purchase from them, only due the trim not having the features I was looking for.
