Terrible dealer staff sold car on me back in 2025. Then tried to sell me a car with a bad catalytic converter. Alset with them guys. I'll never go there again. Irony is I didn't realize it was the same dealer till I got there.

Very pleasant experience, my car was easily found and ready for test drive . I’m still looking for my dream car , but no pressure experience.

I called to negotiate a price. They were very helpful in that aspect. Im not gonna say they were rude but it was a pretty unprofessional establishment imo. I really went ready to buy but the car wasn't in good shape. I looked under the hood and saw that it basically had no radiator fluid. It was well bellow the add line. I told the guy about it and he said "no once it starts it'll fill to there" I said "no it should fill to the hot full line not the add line." After a brief back and forth I called the owner over. He confirmed what I said. I followed them to the garage and the guy that disagreed with me filled the car with asian vehicle 50/50 fluid. Its a jeep not an asian vehicle. Then the owner checked the oil. I said "that looks a little old no?" He said its pretty clean. I said no that doesn't look new. The owner said "well its not a new car." I just left after that. If im gonna spend money on a car i expect it at the bare minimum to have new oil and the correct fluids.

The car is a Toyota LE, and I bought it. When I picked it up I was expecting a car that would be cleaned, but instead the car was just as dirty as when it was traded in. It seems to be all about the money and little things don’t matter. I am happy with the car, but not the hours that have been spent cleaning the interior!

Staff told me that, contrary to the CarGurus post, the vehicle I was interested had been sold “quite awhile ago”. When I mentioned the vehicle had been listed on CarGurus for over a year, the staff member became flippant and accusatory saying I needed to move faster, even though contacted the dealership the same day I found its listing on CarGurus.
