Poor communication. Poor active listening skills from the manager and spoke inappropriately with customer. Bait and switch. Sales rep was fine.

I made a 10 am appointment to see the car, and received a confirmation at 9am from what claimed to be-the salesman. When I arrived at 10 I was told that the salesman was on vacation, and thecar couldn’t be located. I was later informed that the car had been sold.

Worst experience in dealing with staff in term of paper work after you decide to buy a car . They are not responsive and when asked about reason for delay the response either they are busy or off . My paper work was not send to me and they asked the sign paper to say we send it in a link that never been received . The worst part is dealing with faired with dealing with financing and registration the car . It has been over a week since I drove the car from the lot and no paper work being sent . I will never ever come or recommend this location dealer ship even if they have nice cars
