Honda dealerships near me (Newark, OH)

Jeep was not as pictured. I drive an hour to see a Jeep that was filthy. Salesman said if they detail it the price goes up. There was a ton of dog hair in it and the outside was very dirty, dinged and paint had been touched up horribly. Nothing like the pictures online. Salesman just said “it’s a Jeep.” In all honesty, if it were cleaned I would have probably bought it. I would not recommend.

Terrible experience, I was very interested in this vehicle, but I asked for a reduction in asking price because there was another WRX STI in the same state that had less miles and was 1 year newer, priced less than the one they were selling. I never heard back from them for over a week only to receive a message that they sold it, they then offered me the same model but $6,000 more than my stated budget. Also, I’m out of state, I asked for pictures of all parts that could be subjected to rust so I could make an informed decision before driving 8hours to the dealership. The person I was speaking to was named, Odette. She told me she sent pictures, I never received them even verifying that it was her email address that was sending the pictures, I even gave them my phone number to send there and nothing.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Wonderful salesman and all staff at the dealership. Purchased auto was more than I expected. Treated very fairly. I hope I can deal with this great company in the future.

They were busy and another customer was trying out the car we came to see. Salesman was friendly, but not helpful. Manager was rather rude to our salesman and short with us. Purchased a car at a different dealer next morning
