danny the sales rep was awesome .. the dealership and how they do things logistically in the sales process was a bit odd… Overall they’re a nice team and accommodating, Danny is your guy to see! but also they should explain “dealer prep” fee prior to going into dealership and agreeing on prices…

Horrible! Very unprofessional. Jermaine was laughing in my face, saying “the math isn’t mathing” because I was trying to negotiate the pricing. I traveled 2 hrs just to get treated horribly and laughed at. I been a Honda customer for 8 yrs and they lost a good customer.

I was extremely disappointed from this dealership. I’ve never experienced such rude attitude ever. At the beginning of phone call, I expressed that i have been looking for this car, Honda Clarity, even though it had pretty rough scratches at the front bumper. But it was probably my mistake. When I asked OTD price, he said 29k. Advertised price was 23k and I asked how 6k added? He said TN tax is 10% (but TN sales tax for car is exactly 7%). Even though I asked how he calculated and he ignored and asked me “What is your purpose?”. I couldn’t continue to talk anymore. I have met many dealership officers who kindly had responded me and sincerely explained how they calculated OTD price. I thank God that they were all Grace of God. I didn’t know that it was his Grace, but now I realized thanks to the this dealership. I hope this dealership can sell this CPO car which has rough scratches at the front bumper with their desiring number of price. Thank you for the worst experience ever.
