Highly recommended, I didn’t purchase a vehicle here due to it not being there, but they did have a different one I looked at, no pushing or anything, very personable and friendly, the amount of time waiting to see a vehicle was 5 minutes and we were test driving it, the trade in check was quick and didn’t take too long either, I would recommend Honda on Grand to anyone looking for a vehicle that would like a friendly and speedy process.

The car shopping experience was odd. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from different dealerships and I’ve never experienced what I did at this dealer before. The financial aspect was off. I was being guilt tripped into purchasing warranty and bumper to bumper coverage. Then they forgot to have me sign certain documents and misspelled my name and my home address. They sent a staff member to bring me the missing documents for me to sign. Then I had to call the bank to confirm my home address until I discovered that they wrote my address wrong. Then I get the car and they didn’t do an oil change on the car. The car was used, but I’ve never bought a used car before that didn’t have an oil change or was thoroughly cleaned inside. It wasn’t a bad experience, it was just odd and not well organized. But I’m happy with the car and the deal that I got! Just an odd experience.
