"went there to buy a car, test drive it all the deal was done. paid the down payment on the car. the next day when I wen to pick the car I saw a big scratch of the front wind screen, I complaint about it as I did not see that at the first day. the sales man was kind of upset that why I am pointing out this issue he was forcing me to buy the car. I had a tough and bad experience with this dealer ship. Any way I refused to buy the car but the salesman was not helpful at all. I will never suggest any body to do business with this dealership. first of all they don't give you enough time seems like even if you take an appointment they rush you to buy the car they can go and deal with the other customer. this is my second bad experience at this place. please never go there to do business no professional staff. "

"Beautiful car, kind staff. However, I was told dealership would match the finance rate of my credit union as part of the sale, but they quickly backpedaled the next day with the Business Manager indicating he was unaware of this and could not match it. Beware the sales write up, as well. I was charged $299 automatically for VIN etching and not told this was optional until I researched it and also found on CARFAX report that the used car had already had the VIN etched in 2015! Only when I asked about the fee the next day was I told it was optional...nothing said that it was already done! In addition, conveyance fees were a whopping $499! When I finally indicated I was not going to purchase the car, the business director indicated they would refund my deposit, then,over the next couple of days was offered a discounted price equal to the difference in the financing rate, and, then, another discount of $1,000 (tempting). Ultimately, I did not purchase the car from this dealer solely on principle...honor what you said you were going to do and don’t try to charge your customers dishonest or inflated fees. “Big mistake...huge!”"
