Very busy computer problems didn’t get my paperwork completed upon purchase had prequalified through CarGurus and still had to submit qualification paperwork? Clean facility seams like they have a friendly staff but when I was already approved for a loan I shouldn’t have had to spend 4 hrs. At the dealer

The truck was not even available to drive when we went to the location. Waited on salesperson for a while to get free after searching the lot, and he even had to go locate it in their body shop. They knew I was going to be there to look at it waste of my time, I would never waste another minute dealing with them. Even though the price has dropped I won't go back.

Horrible dealer they will schedule you for a test drive then not let you drive the car unless you commit to purchasing it. I called and made an appointment to take a test drive and when I got there, the sales person told me that I could not drive the car unless I committed to purchasing it first.

Rarely replied, I was interested in making a purchase However I’m in Dallas and no one could figure out how to transport the car to me
