the staff deliberately failed to advise issues with the car, and deliberately hid them for us to find out after delivery, the staff also said the car had features it did not have, very dissapointed with the process and the dealership. do not recommend using them

I was assisted by Trell Canton, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided excellent service. He clearly explained the condition and advantages of the 2022 model, which made the experience smooth and informative. Pros: * Great customer service from the salesperson * Strong knowledge of the vehicle Cons: * I received a call from another representative at the dealership. I prefer to work with one point of contact throughout the process. I would only expect to speak with others if it’s necessary to finalize the deal.

This is a follow-up review. As a result of my previous review of my experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles, I received a comment from the sales team stating their disappointment that we were not able to come to an agreement on a deal. The e-mail I received asked me to contact them to discuss. Subsequently, I e-mailed again with the same sales rep as before, "Kevin," so called, asking if there was any change to their offer, vis-a-vie lowering the price of the vehicle to compensate for the remainder of the processing fee. The answer was a firm "no." As a result I have moved on to seek purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. While I understand their desire to maintain a profitable outcome for the dealership, it is a shame that they are not willing to negotiate further as I have stated that this particular vehicle is one that we have seriously considered and would purchase should they decide to continue the negotiation and meet us at the desired price.

Used CarGurus to find this vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive the specific vehicle. Dealership is an 1 1/2 hour drive. Woke up early see the vehicle and possibly make a year end deal. Get there (1st customers), and the sales manager intentionally directed us to someone completely unprepared because he was aware he was getting a customer. Car suddenly was sold the night before (11pm) and they don’t have it anymore. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I’m going to find the VIN of the vehicle and get proof it was sold! Sales guy extends our stay another two hours saying he can get us into a new vehicle. Sure but 100.00 a month more in payment we knew we didn’t want. We came in with our own financing and knew he wasn’t going to get close. Complete wastes of time. Just be honest about your inventory. CarGurus needs to enforce this. We know now, call and speak to someone (get a name!) and tell them you are only interested in the specific car with the stock#.
