I never had the chance to go to see the car, I reached out to them 4 times, twice no answer, once I left a message, they never returned my call,I arranged for the owner to come pick me up at 3, no phone calls, 2 hours later I called to see if they were coming for me, he said they were to busy, so I quit contacting them

The staff was great. They were very involved and communicated to me about the car. I just let the car go for a couple days and then it got sold

Josh helped us and took us for two test drives. He was extremely helpful and worked very hard to negotiate a deal. We haven’t purchased yet but they are definitely worth considering. Norm Reeves ford was exceptional.

Luis is the best. He’s personable and helpful. Communication was great without being pushy. He even called us after the sale to let us know we’d forgotten something in our trade in. If he’s a representation of what the Lexus of Cerritos buying experience is like, then this is the place to go.

I did not buy the Corolla but instead the Prius is better condition. The sales teams are excellent service. No complaints on the sales teams.
