Well if the guy was at least honest.maybe we could of made a deal.but he was far from that.he didn't even have the car he said he had.he kept saying he has it all the way till we drove up.then he drops the bomb.and comes clean,which isn't clean at all.he come out w"Oh my salesman sold it last night.Now that just wrong,any way you slice it.those words should of came out of that hole in his face,while we were on the phone.not have us drive 45 minutes for nothing.but here is the catcher.i call to make a appointment to see the same car,after we had gone all the way down there.he didn't know that I was calling for my friend.bcuz in this chaos,she dropped her phone.being in a hurry to make the appointment she had.so I went ahead and looked it up on my phone.so it was a different number.thinking he had another potential buyer.he pulled that same crap.Now that show that he doesn't care if someone has there heart set on a car.that he doesn't have.he still is gonna make you waste your time gas

When we arrived, Angel gave us his partner so we could test drive the car. We decided we wanted the car. We filled out paperwork and they were bringing it to the finance company which we were paying cash. And we waited for 45 minutes to an hour and finally somebody came by and said they were very sorry they sold the car. The deception and dishonesty is beyond belief. They wanted us to come in early and test drive the car and we did. Only to be sold out from underneath us. At no time were we able to see Angel again who had asked us to come in early. There was no offer to show us other cars or compensation anything just a rude Weir sorry we’re so sorry. We asked to speak to a manager did not happen asked to speak to Angel did not happen. Brownie Mazda doesn’t even deserve a single star. By the way we are treated.

Josh helped us and took us for two test drives. He was extremely helpful and worked very hard to negotiate a deal. We haven’t purchased yet but they are definitely worth considering. Norm Reeves ford was exceptional.
