The associates at New Millennium were courteous, professional and friendly. I test drive the Mustang and it drove well. It was the first car I’ve seen and driven in the process of looking for the best fit for me. All in all the folks at New Millennium were great! I am still looking but I might return to work out a deal.

I had a few concerns after the purchase, the seller did not hesitate to assist me which gave me considerable comfort. They replaced the factory radio which had CD stuck within it, and they recharged and serviced my AC unit to ensure its health.

Very unprofessional… Told me one price for down payment and one Price for payment and they totally changed once I got there… Was not focused on my sale and was busy handling too many others at a time.. After leaving , he constantly kept calling and texting my phone which was creepy .. this went on for 2 days after I denied the purchase

I received a text from them, but no follow up. It seemed like an automated text. I went to their website and started the Deal, but never heard from anyone still. I even did a trade in process, including taking pictures of the car and it says I will be contacted. But I never heard from anyone to tell me trade in value or see if I needed help with the process. Seems like a very online so it yourself process, but also doesn't work since they don't tell you about your trade in value. Disappointed. Car looks nice from pics.

Car is on paid hold for dealer repair.

Called three times and was tooth they’d get back to me on working out a price and finance process. The owner Michael never called me back on three separate occasions. Poor communication. Gonwith a dealership that takes you serious and values your time.
