Moe was very courteous and professional at the dealership. He let me have the car so that I could show to my wife before making any buying decision. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Ask for pictures was told they were coming never did if they going to put a vehicle online with no pictures they can expect to be asked to send them how else do you know if your interested?

Was not happy with the experience. Interested in a 2016 Cadillac SRX. Was told I had to go through clean up and conditioning no issue there. I let them know yes I do want to buy it when it is done going through the process. At this point I was assured that the vehicle was mine if I wanted it I told them yes I do want it. A couple days later they called me and let me know that one of the employees purchase the vehicle instead. Very angry with the process. I ended up buying another Cadillac SRX from a different dealership.

Car was available and salesperson came in on off day to show it to me.
