Very prompt in answering my questions. Friendly but not pushy

Car wasn’t/isn’t even on the lot or available. They didn’t have much information on it as they had accepted it as a trade in. When asked when it would be available, they didn’t know, they were hopeful that it would be available in a couple weeks. They were very quick to offer other vehicles “similar in price or mileage.” At one point the mileage was listed differently and the price went up $1,000 (I understand this, as they get through more inspections they will get a better idea of value) Overall though I felt like it was a big catfishing ploy

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and expeditiously ran through all of the steps to purchase the car. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was contacted very swiftly. They were very polite and answered all my questions. Very pleasant to interact with. Didn't feel pressured at all by this team.

Rude at the start! Low ball my trade in.. Mgr was very Rude and short! Will never go back!

I didn’t do business with them but they have great cars fairly priced. I was just curious about a vehicle they had.
