Very prompt in answering my questions. Friendly but not pushy

Car wasn’t/isn’t even on the lot or available. They didn’t have much information on it as they had accepted it as a trade in. When asked when it would be available, they didn’t know, they were hopeful that it would be available in a couple weeks. They were very quick to offer other vehicles “similar in price or mileage.” At one point the mileage was listed differently and the price went up $1,000 (I understand this, as they get through more inspections they will get a better idea of value) Overall though I felt like it was a big catfishing ploy

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and expeditiously ran through all of the steps to purchase the car. It was a very pleasant experience.

Enjoyed my experience there. Even though I did not purchase I vehicle from them, I would definitely consider doing so in the future.

Rude at the start! Low ball my trade in.. Mgr was very Rude and short! Will never go back!

Falsely advertise the price to get you in the door.. They wanted $20,000 more thank the $53,000 the car was listed for. Scummy and they also don’t get back to you.
