The amount of calls I got from this dealer was astonishing. I have never in my life been so hounded to buy a car. I wish sales people would understand that no body likes to feel pressured into buying something. The moment I feel pressured I backed out and had to end up blocking all 4 of the numbers this dealer was using to call and text me MULTIPLE times a day, before we even got to the first thing that I had told them I would do which was get my trade in appraised. This car was exactly the car I have been looking for and I missed out on it due to overly pushy and obnoxious sales people. I am not saying that sales people should not try to reach out, but there is absolutely 0 reason why after I answered the first call and scheduled a time to meet them I should have gotten anything other than just maybe 1 single reminder call our text the day of the appointment. What I got was 2 text messages and at least 2 or 3 phone calls the day I was supposed to get the appraisal.

The car didn’t work out but they were extremely helpful and tried to find something else that would work for us.

They contacted me multiple times I finally said I'd come out, drove out there , when I arrived, I was informed.I couldn't drive the vehicle because it was a stop sale with a recall, that's something they definitely knew they were just trying to get me out there to show me other cars, not playing the game

Mike was a fantastic salesman and was quick to get with us about a car and we left with a brand new 2025 ford bronco. Robert the finance manager made everything quick and easy and we were done a lot faster than we thought!

I like this place. Very nice group. Let me take the truck overnight to show my wife. Negotiated fairly. I’ll buy here again.

Last week I picked up my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid from the Huntley Ford dealership. The salesperson arranged a test drive on a dirt road so I could truly appreciate the capabilities of the all-wheel drive. I'm thrilled with how the car handled the rough road!
