loved working with this dealer! I called and scheduled a test drive, the car was beautiful and clean and ready for me to drive. they came down in price and went up in price for my trade... I couldn't be happier! I would honestly send people to them and go back to purchase through them! everything went so smoothly!!!!

They got a hold of me very quickly. I had deals that beat the price and they weren't willing to come down to those. I ultimately made a purchase elsewhere

I buy cars on line not walking in front door with games. Never got past junior sales guy on texting. Car is on dealer lot for 300 plus days. Sends me generic price quote with very small discount. Car list $50k. Kelly bluebook value for that vin $39-40k. Could have lot rot at this point. Think of all the floor plan interest they have paid as well! Unless a sucker comes in they will be either swapping this car with another dealer or taking to auction at big loss. Sad sales experience. Will not be reaching out to them ever again.

After making an appointment to specifically see a vehicle and receiving multiple confirmations and reminders (phone call, text, email), the vehicle "transparency" was that it wasn't available and had been changed to a wholesale deal. I would have expected the same number of contacts to cancel the appointment. After driving over an hour for a wasted trip, I must say I was less than happy. I gave additional possibilities only to have the sales representative insist on trying to show me vehicles I had no interest in. Would not make another trip to Antioch Kunes.
