Excellent buying experience.

I have bought cars over the internet, from some distance away, several times over the past 15yrs. this dealer made it easy and treated me as if I was a local. I have been unable to complete purchases like this in the past so this is not always the rule.

The staff was pleasant. The buying process is just ridiculously long. They washed my car but they could have put some gas in it. I asked for a free mug and was told no. In the past I have had dealerships fill my tank, even offer to by pizza. They couldn’t even throw in a $5 mug. I’m happy with my car, but I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have the entire day free.

You can tell the salesperson does not know anything about car.he tried to offer me $2000 only for my 2019 jeep cherokee eventhough my trucks was valued for $10 to 12,000.we felt so disrespected by the offer. We were ready to leave with a new truck, i just wish they gave me reasonable offer.

I had a very positive experience with the sales staff, I wish I could have made it the dealership, but my car broke down on me before we could have made a deal,

Main disappointment was only receiving ONE key of vehicle and had to purchase a 500.00 second key! Long wait to see financial guy to complete deal! Vehicle was everything promised, got for a good price which was offset by second key purchase.
