Fast and accurate. Gave 4 stars only due to the fact key for didn't work. Brandon the sales man was legit, didn't hide inlet ya take the wheel. This place sets the wheel an you do your do your work. No pressure whatsoever. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

After dealing with several questionable dealerships in SC and NC I decided to take a chance with the F-150 at Haggerty Ford. John Czech was my salesman. What a fantastic salesman and human being. John is 83 and is a two time cancer survivor. He was honest and everything he said he would do he 100% did. No hidden fees or shady tactics. I received the truck yesterday and it exceeded expectations. It was in perfect condition and exceptionally clean. I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime and by far my best experience was from an 83 year old cancer survivor located 1000 miles away in West Chicago by the name of John Czech. John, it was an honor to work with you.

I went to West Chicago Auto Mall, and spoke with a couple of people, there were all very polite. I came to see a White 2018 Audi the car was very nice and in pretty good condition. I was then shown a couple of other Audis they had for sale. Aswell as a Infiniti. They have a huge lot with a lot of selection the people were nice aswell. The people who bought cars from them got to spin a wheel and win prizes which I thought was awesome. One couple won a TV. Overall I would recommend them and I’m interested in making a purchase once I receive my tax money in a month.

The person helping me (Will if I remember correctly) was great! Car was in great condition no hiccups or scuffs or scratches. Great family dealership. 10/10
