The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

If we can complete all the necessary paperwork and arrange delivery of the car, I’ll buy it.

Best interaction hands down. Transparent pricing before I got there and most of the financing was able to be taken care of on my way. Shortest time spent in a dealer ever. Worked hard to get me the best rate they could, beating my credit unions rate. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disappointed. The car was fine, but when we got to the point of talking about the price, they were a disaster. They calculated the service fee twice, and the explanation was very sad, like the dealership doesn't make any money by reselling the car. Okay, a one-time or two-time fee makes no sense. Then they calculated taxes half a percent higher for no reason, like they don't sell cars in the DMV area. On top of everything was the price they offered for the trade. In other words, their service fee and selling price are perfect for an even higher tax percentage, but the trade-in car is worth almost nothing, and they will make you a favor. Very, very sad and disrespectful. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The saleslady was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. Everything was completed in just one day, making the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. I can definitely see myself buying another car from them in the future and would gladly recommend them to others.

Except for the sales person who helped me, everything was terrible. The showroom condition needs work. Plenty of empty spaces and staff just chatting and laughing. Hard to conduct business. And by the way, do not use the restroom. The finance office was unprofessional. Unable to answer simple questions. Just want you to sign documents with little explanation. Definitely not coming back to this dealership.
