They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase

The staff was pleasant. The buying process is just ridiculously long. They washed my car but they could have put some gas in it. I asked for a free mug and was told no. In the past I have had dealerships fill my tank, even offer to by pizza. They couldn’t even throw in a $5 mug. I’m happy with my car, but I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have the entire day free.

This was the finest vehicle purchase experience in my lifetime, and I am 88 years old. I have purchased from Lincoln, Cadillac, Buick, Accura, Lexus and Mercedes dealers across the United States and all were good but this recent Wickström Lincoln experience was the most outstanding of all.

John was a wonderful salesman. He tried to get me rebates and made great improvements to the final sale.

I waited a hour almost to test drive a vehicle that was on site, one of the vehicles had a noise and I was told it's a hybrid when it's not, I went elsewhere because of that, I waited 2-3 hours and didn't buy anything from them.

I sent an email 2 days before pick up and nothing was prepared. I did receive a reply that my email was looked at. Dave Schultz took over upon arrival and took care of my needs. Got done quickly at that point. Thank You Dave!
