The Salesman will be extremely communicative when they want a sale, but once they feel like you won't be putting money in their pocket (leaving with a vehicle) then they won't follow up. Whatever the outcome is a follow up should happen.

Talked to them about a trade in. They were not willing to negotiate on my trade value. I did not purchase a vehicle.

Eddie Martinez the Salesman was Great. I was an out of town buyer and Eddie stayed in contact through the entire process. Everything was ready when I got there and Eddie quickly resolved a few minor issues.

I wasn’t informed that the vehicle that I was supposed to be looking at was sold and no one called me to let me before I drove up there thinking I was going to get the suv.
