Excellent experience.

After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

I sent this dealership initial email through cargurus with questions about the car I was interested in. What I received was a generic email which did not answer a single question I asked. I sent a follow up email to the individual and I never heard back

Response was great communication was good and still waiting to hear from them about concerns about GPS on a new Vehicle purchase.

No pressure to buy , the staff was nice and made my time there enjoyable , I purchased the truck and feel I got a fair deal. I will be going to future ford for my next vehicle
