Jason was freaking awesome and made the gruelsome task of buying a new vehicle fun!! Bobby on on the other hand was nice but not willing to budge on anything. All the changes were made by me.

Before I went to the dealership I called about the Kia Sorento and asked if they would be able to come down on the price and the guy over the phone said it “ya we can do that. Come on in!” I got there and test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it only to be told that they would only waive the admin fee off which was only 620.79. I also told them I was purchasing with cash and they still tried to get me to finance! They wouldn’t comedown at all on the price. So sad!!

Experience was ok. I would rate it between a no pressure and some pressure at various times. Biggest issue was I specifically asked for confirmation of 3 features on the vehicle and I was told the vehicle had them. This turned out to be false as I confirmed in person the vehicle did not have adaptive cruise control as advertised. I drove 3 hours one way to possibly drive away with this vehicle. I likely would not have visited if I had been given the accurate information. I made the most of it but while I had read mostly positive information in reviews about the agent I was working with, this is a major issue for me and big frustration. Do your homework but you may not be able to get accurate information until you see the vehicle.
