The car Broke down on the test drive and I had to sit on the side of the road for about 90 min waiting for a rescue. When I talked to the manager Pete I joked with him about a deep discount jokingly to make light of the situation. He said not sure he can do that now he had to buy a batter for the truck.

First time there had a really good salesman Fernando and also a really financial advisor. Would recommend everyone was friendly and transparent. They worked with me on getting my truck to a price I was comfortable with

I spoke to Joe on March 24th, to get an appointment to go look at the pacifica on Mar. 25th at 9am. When i got there,a different salesman told me the vehicle was sold the night before. No courtesy to notify me that the van was sold already..wasting my gas to drive all the way out there for nothing. And Joe didnt come out to speak with me either....I say it was very unprofessional and I didnt want to look at any other vehicle because of that experience and I left...
