It was a great experience

Everyone was great, took some time to work out a deal. Sales mgn. Took me no room to drop price but two days later I checked the dealership website and the price had been dropped. The website also gives you a 500 dollar credit to use toward purchase. I bought the vehicle the Next day at the internet advertised price but the dealership would not let me use the $500 coupon towards the purchase because the price had been dropped. I think they owe me $500.

I am still working with University Ford North to find the "perfect" truck.

Great communication by Jordan which is very helpful. I did have one issue with the vehicle. they came back and took it and I'll fixing it right now. I would highly recommend them.

Great example of what a dealership should and could be! Awesome experience with Financing, down payment coordination, test drive, car wash, a full tank of gas and a free meal at the diner were all great! What I liked the most…. the no pressure sales to include warranty add on’s remained as points of discussion and not points of pressure. ….if this sales culture remains, I will be back as a repeat customer! Keep up the great work!

I received excellent service from Mr. Alonzo Pamplin and everyone at Capital Ford.

Salesperson was able to provide additional pictures and walk around the vehicle. We did not get to contesting phase due to price but they provided an OTD as requested. Just could not agree on price.
