We set up everything over the phone, took the 4 hour drive down, test drove the new F250, got top dollar for my trade, best price I found, signed and was on my way home in an hour. I have to say, the salesman was amazing. Very accommodating, very calm, and never pushy. Very impressed with him. The “BFF” lady that came later was confusing, but later showed herself to be someone trying to get you to pay for e-bikes and buy extras that are not needed. The finance gentleman was pushy and tried to get us to pay a much higher interest rate, when he already had approved for us a similar rate that we could get on our own. He tried to trick us into more money. Of course we didn’t fall for it. Once we got away from him, the experience was pretty good. He unfortunately gave the experience a timeshare presentation feel.

Overall good experience

The car had suspension problems, but the salesperson was unaware of them. We barely pulled out of the parking lot when we heard and felt the problem.

There were a few issues, but they took care of them. They definitely want to make sure the customer is happy.

The salesman at Molly were excellent. I wanna say they were good people.

The sales persons were very very nice respectable and helpful and I will buy from them anytime they are very nice and they make sure you get a good deal on a vehicle that's what I like about it so even though I didn't buy the vehicle the vehicle was so I live in Baltimore City they worked in Virginia I just could not get down there in town but I will like to buy a vehicle from them if they get my vehicle the vehicle I'm looking for is a 2017 or 16 expedition Platinum well you have a good day and thank you
