Ford dealerships near me (Galveston, TX)

Awful the staff was extremely uncoordinated and unprofessional scheduled an appointment to view a vehicle that was unavailable.

I really liked the people there. I like the price that they offered. But they sold both trucks from under underneath me to a local business before I could get a chance to purchase them.

The dealer was helpful and employees were knowledgeable.

Jeremy was wonderful. I wasn't sure If be able to get financed being a single, disabled woman, but with the help of my excellent credit score and Jeremy's hard work, I drove home in a beautiful, amazing car Monday! Couldn't be happier!!!

Matt was a great salesman. He was very accommodating and low pressure, definitely the type of salesman I prefer when car shopping.

Staff was great help, but i’m just bummed they sold it to someone else, it’s life, it is what it is.

Went on two seperate occasions and both times was the “bait and switch” so after texting me the second time asking about a specific car I was asked if I could be there to close a deal by 4:00pm and I got there at 4:15 and was told the car had just been sold.

Colby was helpful and communicated well throughout the process. My disappointment is with the dealership, not him. I live in The Woodlands, about 1–1.5 hours away each way, and made multiple trips. We agreed on a price and fixing an issue with the truck, and I was told management approved it. I then worked with my bank through emails and arranged a cashier’s check based on that agreement. The next day, Colby called and said the dealership would no longer honor the deal because they didn’t want to put more money into the truck. I understand negotiations, but once management approves a deal, I believe they should stand behind their word. Very disappointing.
