My salesmen, Jamie Ramsey, was amazing. He knew my husband had to drive 2 hours away to get to the dealership and had all of the paperwork ready to go for a seamless transaction. I would buy from Randy Wise Ford again.

They were timely and helpful.

So I drive from lakeport Michigan to Fenton Michigan and the salesman was not there and the guy that did help me said he sold the car yesterday. The icing on the cake was they called me that morning to make sure I was coming to see the car.

Should’ve stuck with my guy at a different LaFontaine location from the start. Got the run around and misinformation for 3 days. I had to tell THEM the jeep had a branded title then as soon as I said that “someone is buying it cash” which didn’t happen I’m sure. Then a second jeep I really loved all of a sudden “needs a fuel pump and is out of stock” another lie… I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but just needed to be said and I really wanted both of them they seem like they didn’t wanna take my money or help even though they said they were doing everything they could.. contacted my salesman at another LaFontaine dealership and had a Jeep within 4hrs.

Amazing experience. Dick contacted us right away and the process of buying was very smooth. Everyone was really nice and it all went so quickly.

Heidi and Maddie were quick to reply to my inquiry about the VW Beetle, I just took a day too long to call back and set appointment. Although I was unable to purchase this car, the communication was excellent.
