Dennis was quick to respond to my request. Outstanding job of showing his product, in a low key manner. I always give my home town dealership first shot. They have been a disappointment for over 20 years. This is my second purchase from Dade City Ford, both being a positive experience. I have had a couple of train wreaks to compare too.

Dealer contact me back very fast about the car

Awful customer service. They do not ship vehicles although it says they do. I was told the car was in inspection and being detailed, and once it passed I would get the buyers order. I checked on this car multiple times and had contact with the dealer. I was only waiting on the buyers order. Then the salesman Corey went silent, once I finally reached him he told me the car was being purchased by someone else as we speak. I do not recommend buying from this dealership for online purchases, unless you are face to face with them. They should not post vehicles online if they are going to sell it out from under the person that was willing to drive 7 hours to get it immediately. Just let the people in your hometown pass by and sell cars that way. I’m only putting one star because it won’t let me put any less.
