I dealt with Anthony and John at the dealership, both stayed in communication over the phone with updates on the truck. Time at the dealership was minimal, and the vehicle was presented as it was promised. Couldn’t say more good things about how I was treated, and would def buy a truck here again in the future.

never made it to dealership, said someone else was test driving and not to come out to dealership, then next day they informed me the deal did not go through and to come out to veiw vehicle and then they call ed and said was in service, because engine kight cam eon and would call me when repaired and never returned a call, so purchased elsewhere

I found the car I bought at Nick Mayer Ford through CarGurus. CarGurus connected me with the Sales staff at Nick Mayer. From there they handled every detail, starting with a walk around video showing the condition of the inside and outside of the car. There was a scratch which they pointed out in the video and offered to have it touched up and painted before I received the car. The staff was incredibly reliable and helpful in facilitating every step of this sale, including delivering the vehicle right to my home. The entire process was positive and well handled.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. I was not happy with the way the finance guy tried to sell me one extended warrenty and did not mention the other one untill I inquired about it. Made me feel like he might be getting something for upselling the on offered from Ford.
