Friendly dealership and great customer service

The good is they have a good inventory of Tesla’s…the bad is they are a poorly ran dealership. I came twice to see a specific car and both times they said it would be ready for me when I arrived and the first time the car was being “inspected” and the next day I came back and they said it would be available, I came back and they “just sold it”.

I did not visit the dealership. Thank you for your info.

Agreeing on a price doesn’t mean much to this dealer, will run your credit only to lock you into buying and not upon agreed terms

Not very knowledgeable, not very welcoming or warming. Either lied or ignorant of what a replaced windshield looks like. Tried selling us a new Honda with hail damage that was “fixed” but once we actually see it ALL the trim pieces are dented to bits. Gaps between trim and body allowing rain in. And then we’re told trim pieces are backed ordered sooo they can’t get them in. But that’s fine didn’t come for the honda anyways. Negotiation SUCKED. Said they wouldent move on the price one bit and then several calls later they offer a whole $400 off. This place was what you fear a used car lot would be. Save your time and cortisol.

Had an all-around great experience buying a car from Car Connection of Bedford. The entire process was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into anything. They answered all my questions, were upfront about everything, and made the whole buying process way less stressful than it usually is. I felt like I was treated fairly and walked away feeling really good about the vehicle and the deal. I would definitely recommend Car Connection of Bedford to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great people, great service, and an overall excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Very bad experience, took them 20 minutes to bring us damaged and dirty car. Driving 40 minutes for nothing, don’t recommend it this dealer!!
