They said that they where going to clean the seats but didn’t twice

The response from the sales rep okay upon arrival. The experience in the lot was a different story. The truck was a mess on the inside as well on the outside. I located 7 scratches and two dents on the cab. To top it off, the sales rep backed into another car while getting it out of the spot for a test drive. To say the least, it was not a very pleasant experience.

Our experience could have been a lot better but after driving 6 hours to get to the dealership with 2 small kids, they had detailed/gassed the wrong car & we caught it after signing papers. The right car had a dead battery & rusted rotors so we spent 4 hours there just to leave& come back the next day. They fixed the issues but barely vacuumed & the inside was very dirty. It also had pretty bald tires which we thought they should have thrown in for all the BS. if you don't go through their bank they typically won't let you take the car until the cashiers check or wire clears thier bank & they said that takes 3-5 business days. Lots of things could have been avoided had they gotten the right car.

Everyone was very friendly and hopeful especially our sale man .
