Paid down payment and 5 weeks later still hadn’t received a call or the vehicle. Told them to refund me and keep truck . It took a week and four calls to get money back! But I did receive 4 texts asking how to keep my business. Them texts would have been handy 4 weeks ago! Terrible experience! Made one call bought a brand new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado and it cost me $92 more a month and took less than hour to make deal and got truck in two days !

Sales person was. Good, but sales manager was pushy. And I flat out do not like that.

Truck sold before I could get there. Not there fault, they have been great trying to locate me another one or put me in a brand new one. They have been great in communication and backnand forth talking very professional, Extremely helpfull!!!

My interactions with Frontier Chevrolet has been good. I say has been because my transaction is only 95% complete. I am scheduled to take delivery of the truck by Wednesday of this coming week. My sales contact Nicholas is a well equipped, knowledgeable and pleasant young man. As an e-commerce customer he was even willing to provide me with his personal cell phone number in the event I had questions after hours, which I did and he responded promptly. My experience with Mr. Todd Kenny, sales manager walked me through the financial steps of the purchase. I’ve always viewed buying a vehicle as a non-enjoyable experience and anticipated that this time would not be any different. I’m pleasantly surprised to say that my experience with Frontier Chevrolet was distinctly different! I would encourage prospective buyers to give Frontier a shot. They are willing to earn your business.

The dealership’s responsiveness was commendable, but it felt like some of their response was canned; i.e., a standard reply that an automated system generated. And more than one person contacted me, which made for redundant communication that indicated they were not communicating with each other. They were respectful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and, all things considered, the vehicle appeared to be outstanding, including a good value. However, since my initial inquiry I had decided that I wanted to pursue a Premium Plus trim and moved on.

Johnson's of kingfisher is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. They are responsive to the customer's needs. Johnson's of kingfisher is like stepping back in time to buy a car. The dealership is clean and organized and the staff is awesome. No high pressure sales they truly our concerned the customer's needs. And the sales staff is very friendly easy going. Just a great place to buy a vehicle.

It was comfortable but i haven't bought it yet I'm waiting for my money to come in

The salesman was very young and eager to make a sale when he asked where I wanted to be price wise I told him and he refused to approach the finance department with my offer. He was trying to shove pre loan paperwork down our throat I finally had enough and said I’d like to know what the interest rate was before we made any decisions. He realized I was serious and finally brought us that info. The finance manager on the other hand was amazing. Great at explaining things. But also after we told them 5 different times they had spelled my fiancés name wrong. They both assured us they would correct this. Now only I can access the loan because of the grammatical error and negligence. Over all the entire place looked a little run down wasn’t very clean for a dealership. Also when I did close on the vehicle it was used and looked like they had maybe just received it so I requested a detail they streaked it with armor swipes everywhere. My child hood dream was achieved but I was disappointed
